Participating in a political campaign can be an exciting and rewarding experience. Whether you are a lifelong Fayette County resident or new to the area, campaigning is a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. It also offers the opportunity to elect an individual who supports your beliefs and ideals.

Ernie DeHaas is a life long resident of Fayette County. He is truly a man of the people. As judge, he will always hand down fair and impartial judgment based on the law. In his 35 years of legal practice, he has gained experience in all areas of law. His expansive knowledge of the law along with his years of community service will benefit him greatly as our next county judge.

As a former school superintendent, I had many opportunities to work with both lawyers and the court system in Fayette County, and I have no doubt Ernie will be a fair, nonpolitical judge to all who come into his courtroom.

My husband Jeffrey and I are lifelong democrats. We were both born and raised in the Masontown Area and are former educators in the Albert Gallatin Area School District with a combined 65 years experience. We raised our children here in German Township. We know Ernie well and admire his character and professional conduct. We heartily support him and ask all Fayette County voters to vote for Ernie on May 19th."
